Meet the team
I found my passion for wedding coordination from my own wedding and love story and have been in the industry since 2018 I believe the wedding planning process should be fun, not stressful and that weddings should be a reflection of the couple and their personalities. My favorite moments are those that are deeply personal or add a uniquely personal touch! My goal is to coordinate a day for you and your loved ones that allows you to soak in all the special moments, bring a sense of calm and help you create a day that you won’t soon forget!
I like to spend my free time with my family and our fur baby, Bentley. You can usually find me sipping coffee, at Target, watching Netflix or listening to a book or true crime podcasts.

Hey! I’m Timothy, a Culinary Institute of America Alumni with a love for people, food, and events. I spent time in Colorado as Banquet Captain after school and it was there that I realized that being a planner was a dream of mine. So, being a part of Cait + Co was the chance of a lifetime. I live in Stafford with my wife, our daughter and our two cats, where when I’m not dreaming of our next Cruise, I enjoy cycling, cooking with friends, and above all else- eating! I live for the planning and build-up leading to every event, and even more so the energy and excitement that comes with day-of coordination. There is nothing better than seeing the smiles on you and your guest's faces when all you have to do is enjoy your day. Lets get to planning!

Caitlin came to my rescue when one of my straps broke on my dress and she repaired it quickly and I was ready to go! She is so organized and has everything you need for a successful wedding day!
